  Your skills

  Friendly, confident, positive disposition, dedicated, reliable, communicative, very good at organising oneself, multilingual (English), internet affinity, service oriented and you enjoy working with a success oriented team. You have work experiences within the field of trade fairs and events and/or you have an university degree

  Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the supervision and consultancy of our international customers (a good command of English is required, Mandarin would be an advantage) and for the realisation of their stand constructions starting with the first contact up to the finished handover of the trade fair stand.
  • Together with our team, you are looking for solutions concerning the execution of the trade fair stand projects, work on proposals of implementations and fully consult our customers
  • You put together offers, enter customer orders and billings, record wishes of changes and requirements and you are responsible for the smooth implementation of the projects and of changes and requirements. You are also responsible for the smooth implementation of the projects and their financial success.
  • You communicate with our in-house departments (CAD, logistics, warehouse) as well as our subcontractors and suppliers, coordinate supply chains and schedules as well as last-minute-services for the exhibitors

  As a project leader at our company, you are responsible for the entire execution of trade fair projects. You calculate offers, define and monitor all scheduling frameworks and processes. You are responsible for the smooth implementation of the projects and their financial success.

  Your skills

  • An academic degree as a civil engineer, architect, interior designer or wood technician
  • Several years of job experience in comparable positions within the service industry
  • Excellent knowledge in MS-Office and experience with the program AutoCAD
  • A quick comprehension, plus a structured and flexible way of thinking and working
  • Your organisational and communicational talent is stress resistant
  • Your work is service oriented, efficient, autonomous and precise.

  • Ideally, you have already some work experience and are able to do excellent work with AutoCAD architecture as well as the common Office-Software.

  • Your command of the German language allows a good communication within our team

  Your tasks

  Together with our team, you are looking for solutions concerning the execution of the trade fair stand projects, work on constructive execution suggestions according to the architectural designs and put together complete implementation plans for the production in the form of service specifications and bills of materials. You make arrangements for the needed materials for the stand construction consulting with the project management.
